Recreation Center

Play, compete and explore everything the Rec Center has to offer. All areas are open to Recreation members. Current fee-paying students are automatically members. Just bring your OneCard or RecCard and enjoy!

Our 100,000-plus square feet of facility space contains:

  • Eight multipurpose courts for basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball and badminton
  • Three multi-training spaces
  • Two racquetball/wallyball courts
  • Two group fitness studios
  • One three-lane, 1/5-mile jogging/walking track
  • Adventure Center and bouldering room

Amenities

  • Lobby area with vending machines and televisions
  • Meeting room with LCD projector and big screen TVs
  • Men's and women's locker rooms with dry saunas; showers; and day-use, reservable lockers
  • Sports equipment available for checkout
  • Wi-Fi and wireless printing

Our cardio and strength training rooms feature TVs and a range of equipment:

  • Cybex multi-station weight selector station
  • GP Inc. dumbbells (from 3-105 lbs.) and free weights
  • Hammer Strength upper-body plate-loaded machines
  • Life Fitness upright and recumbent bikes
  • Life Fitness climbers and Cybex arc trainers
  • Precor, Life Fitness and Woodway treadmills
  • Precor and Life Fitness elliptical trainers
  • Precor flat, incline and decline benches
  • Precor and Life Fitness Smith Machines
  • TAG full-cage power racks with lifting platforms
  • Stretching mats, medicine balls, power/squat racks and pull-up bars

Our five boxing stations have 80- and 100-lb. heavy bags, teardrop bags, MMA training bags and reaction bags.
