If you prefer to file a report anonymously you may do so. However, the university's ability to respond to an anonymous report may be limited. As such, it is encouraged that you provide your contact information so that we may reach out if additional information or clarification is needed. In most cases, the identity of an individual who files an ethics report is not provided to the individual alleged to have engaged in unethical conduct.
