Danielle Hoske serves as the Director of Development, Data and Communications at Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC). JARC is a workforce and economic development agency that has been training and upskilling workers since 1985. Danielle's position oversees the organization's fundraising and development efforts in Chicago, Baltimore and Providence. She began working in the sector in 2017, locally in DeKalb County and went on to pursue a master's in evaluation and assessment once she realized the power of storytelling and her talent for data analysis. 

Danielle currently serves on the Board of Directors at Foster Progress, another Chicago-based organization that provides mentorship and college access support to aging-out foster youth. A mission very near and dear to her, as a foster alumna herself. Over the past 6 years, Danielle has worked for several nonprofit organizations in a variety of capacities. Her work has been included in numerous projects with the Northern Illinois University’s Center for Nonprofit and NGO Studies, including The DeKalb County Nonprofit Study for both 2018 and 2021.
