Counseling and Consultation Services

Students also have access to Togetherall, a free online peer-to-peer round-the-clock support service.
Physical activity (like our fitness classes) is proven to reduce stress. The Recreation Center has something for everyone, from the competitive athlete to the novice exerciser. As a fee-paying student from the DeKalb campus, you’re automatically a Rec Center member for the current semester. Start by scheduling a free 30-minute orientation.
Nutrition Coaching
Eating well is essential to feeling well. If you’re interested in working with a professional to develop a personalized plan, we offer customized nutrition coaching through the Recreation Center.
