Clearinghouse Review and Mass Email Request Form

The Division of Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications reviews internal and external communications and marketing materials prior to distribution to ensure consistent brand and message integration and, where appropriate, recommend appropriate distribution mechanisms.

The clearinghouse also supports college and departmental communications and marketing efforts by enhancing the distribution of these messages through university and/or additional communications channels.

Please note: Mass email requests to all students and/or all employees will be included in a digest email delivered to those groups on Monday mornings. Content must be submitted by the close of business on the Thursday prior.

Prior to submitting your request, please ensure that your materials comply with the university's Communications Standards for Institutional Brand Identity.
