Upcoming BASICS Events

Join us for an important one-day event in Chicago, IL, along with academic and institutional leaders from our partner institutions and the entire research team. At the event, the team will

• Showcase our work and findings.
• Discuss next steps in expanding the project.
• Seek feedback on BASICS and other scalable, transportable opportunities for leveraging our work with this consortium.
• Invite your support for the next phase of proposal development and institutional commitments that will allow us to scale our work to have national or global impact.

This event, featuring the leadership team and administrators, will take place on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023 at MATTER, a healthcare incubator and innovation hub in the heart of Chicago's Merchandise Mart. NIU is a partner with MATTER, and offers a unique space for exploring transdisciplinary opportunities for innovative institutions like Bentley.

The event will take place from approximately noon to 5 p.m., with lunch at MATTER and dinner in downtown Chicago provided.
