Please be advised that a 2.85% (or minimum $3.00) convenience fee has been reintroduced September 15, 2025 for all credit/debit card payments. There are no fees for payments made via electronic check (ACH).
The Office of the Bursar provides services and support to NIU students, commercial customers and other NIU departments. Our office processes payments (students and commercial) and refunds as well as offers payment plans and advice regarding your financial situation with NIU.
