What is Sexual Misconduct?
Sexual misconduct is one or more acts of:
- Sexual violence (rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse)
- Dating violence
- Domestic violence
- Sexual harassment
- Gender-based harassment or discrimination
Sexual misconduct can occur among, between or to heterosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals.
