Nutrition Coaching


One-on-one nutrition coaching is available during the fall and spring semesters at a variety of times Monday – Friday. The Nutrition Office is located off the track in the main gym at the Recreation Center.

Meg Burnham, M.S., RDN, CSSD, LDN

Meg is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and licensed in the State of Illinois (LDN). She earned her master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at NIU and has been working in the field of weight management, sports nutrition, and wellness since 2006. She also holds a certificate of training in Adult Weight Management and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. 

2018 Nutrition Interns

Graduate-level nutrition interns provide private and confidential nutrition coaching under the supervision of a registered dietitian nutritionist.
