Located on the northwestern edge of campus, Grant consists of four 12-story towers with double room options.

With a beautiful view of Central Park and the West Lagoon, it's close to sports fields, NIU's Recreation Center and "all you care to eat" dining in the Fanny Ruth Patterson Complex Community Center.

The safety and security of every resident is important to us. Grant residents use their OneCard to enter the building 24/7. Residents must also use their OneCard to get onto their floor, and their card and a PIN access their room. Guest registration is enforced 24/7. Hall staff and NIU police are always available.
