Card Activation

To activate an ATM/Debit card:

  •  Go to any ATM and get a balance inquiry
    • Replacement cards (due to expiration date renewal) PIN will remain the same.
    • If you received a brand new ATM/debit card, your new PIN will arrive in a separate mailer.
  • Call our office directly
  • To change your PIN, you will need to personally stop into our office.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

To report a lost or stolen debit card after our business hours, please call 1-800-523-4175. Contact the credit union during regular business hours to get a replacement card.

Traveling With Your Debit Card

Always notify the credit union if you will be traveling out of state. Due to fraudulent transaction, our ATM/debit cards are blocked from all foreign countries. If you wish to perform a transactions abroad, please contact the credit union and we can allow foreign transactions to be processed on your individual card. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Fraud Monitoring Service

Our Fraud Monitoring Service (FRIS) may occasionally call to verify transactions on your debit card, rest assure that this is for your protection. Always return their call to avoid any interruption with your card, they can be reached at 1-800-327-8622 from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. daily. If you have further issues with your card, please call our office directly.
