Jay Mages CPA, CIA, MBA 
Jay is a Partner with R&M Consulting LLC based in Chicago, IL. and assumes leadership and management for all internal audit projects including: quality assurance review, Sarbanes-Oxley testing, development of comprehensive internal audit manuals and project management for a variety of large corporations. His background includes more than twenty years experience in the Internal Audit profession. Jay holds a BS in Business from Indiana University and a MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: The credit card payment plan option is available for Complete Series registrations completed at least 30 days in advance of the first course start date. Payment terms: 25% of the total cost will be charged to the credit card at time of registration. Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card 14 days prior to the program start. Payments may be made prior to the final due date by contacting Outreach Registration (800) 345-9472. Payment in full must be confirmed before shipment of any course materials. Standard cancellation policies apply.

Illinois Veterans and Illinois National Guard Grant Programs: This program is not eligible for funding under the IL Veterans and IL National Guard Grants. IVG and ING grants apply only to those programs assessing tuition and mandatory fees. NIU Outreach is licensed to deliver this program by the sponsoring professional organization.
