Creating and Maintaining an Environment of Mutual Respect

Blending generations, cultures, and managing challenging employee attitudes and behaviors is not an easy task. HR plays a critical role in helping to create an environment that is a safe and comfortable workplace for all employees. How do you create a culture that demonstrates respect and appreciation for the differences each person brings to the workplace? How do you manage behaviors that are intimidating, bullying, or harassing in nature? What protections and disciplinary actions does your organization have in place to control these types of situations and when the need arises how do you manage crucial conversations and discipline employees? This one day workshop is ideal for HR professionals at every organization level and focuses on how to address a culture shift where individual behaviors are aligned with organizational values. What was once a 'nice to have' has become and 'essential' approach to interpersonal relationships with employees, customers, clients and vendors.
