5 Year Asessment Review Reports

Every five years, departments will prepare a 5 Year Assessment Review Report outlining their departmental assessment activities. Reports must include the outcomes of assessment activities that have taken place over the preceding 5 years, as well as how those outcomes were used to impact change within a program or department. These reports will be prepared by department Directors (and/or designees), reviewed by both the respective Associate or Assistant Vice President (AVP), and the Director of Planning & Assessment. These reports will then be submitted to the Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management Asessment Council. The template for this report is provided below along with a helfpul timeline to ensure a successful/timely completion.
