March 18: Admissions Decisions Complete
All students will be notified of their status through the email address provided on the REU Application and must promptly respond with their decisions, if accepted.
May: Travel arrangements and pre-program information
Air travel will be purchased on your behalf and other travel will be confirmed. Roommate information and other details about campus and DeKalb will be provided.
Faculty mentors and/or REU Coordinator will contact scholars with readings and other preparation material prior to the start of the REU Program.
Early June: Travel to DeKalb, welcome, and orientation
August 9: End of REU Program; students check out of residence hall and depart campus (Aug. 11)
