The department's annual Getting into Graduate School (GIGS) will be held this spring, starting on March 6th, from 4:00-5:00pm in room 412. GIGS is a series of presentations open to all Psychology majors, focusing on helping students to decide whether graduate school is necessary and to help prepare them for the graduate school application process.
All presentations are FREE, and no registration is requred to attend.

Career Panel -- April 24th, 5:00-6:30pm
Subject material addressed in the series includes:
How to decide what program is right for you
What experiences are critical (e.g., research experience)
How to write a CV and a personal statement
How to prepare for the GRE and what to expect
How to request letters of recommendation
Plan to attend all sessions if possible--it's a whole package!
Students can schedule individual feedback on work samples
Not a formal class, no enrollment fee or class credit, NO cost
