Spring 2015

  • Students participate on the Program Prioritization Coordinating Team
  • Student representatives on Academic Planning Council (APC) and Resource, Space, and Budgets Committee (RSB) committees involved in finalizing criteria based on campus survey; Student leadership formally invited to participate in these open meetings
  • Students nominate faculty and staff to serve on the Academic and Administrative Task Forces
  • Students represented on selection committee for task force members
  • Data elements selected to match finalized criteria will likely include student experiences and outcomes

Summer 2015

  • Students participate on the Program Prioritization Coordinating Team
  • Students provide input into administrative program narratives

Fall 2015

  • Students participate on the Program Prioritization Coordinating Team
  • Students provide input into academic and administrative program narratives
  • Students invited to the Expert Panel presentation

Spring 2016

  • Students participate on the Program Prioritization Coordinating Team
  • Students review program rankings (in a forum to be determined) and will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments on the rankings to senior leadership
  • Students have representation on shared governance committees where rankings are reviewed and/or curricular decisions are made before any programs are eliminated including APC, RSB and University Council, College Curriculum Committees, Undergraduate Coordinating Council, Graduate Council, and the Board of Trustees
