NIU Opera Theatre

NIU Opera Theatre prepares students for performance on the music theater stage. Classes are held in role preparation, acting technique, stage movement, and effective auditioning. Each year this select ensemble performs programs of scenes from opera, operetta, and musical theater, as well as one fully-staged production with orchestra.
