Residential Facilities and Work Request Office

Residential Facilities is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the residence hall facilities. The Work Request Office is part of the Residential Facilities team.

The Work Request Office is the first point of contact for students and staff to submit repair requests about their room or public space. Work requests are then recorded and sent to the Physical Plant where the appropriate craft is assigned to the repair orders. We are your link to getting repairs done, but the Work Request Office does not do the actual repairs.
