Weston Beeler (instructor, printmaking) received his bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a concentration in printmaking at California State University of Fresno in 2012. He is currently working on his master’s degree of fine arts in printmaking at Northern Illinois University. Along with creating a body of artwork from the various printmaking processes, he works as the printmaking shop technician and is a co-instructor of an art foundations 2D-design course at NIU. He has been included in various collaborative projects and exhibitions both nationally and internationally. Recent artworks explore the moments of contemplating thoughts of accommodation. Along with the completion of his graduate degree he plans to pursue a teaching career at the college level, as well as to continue to create works and exhibit them on a professional level.
