Mission Statement
ESHRD is proudly pluralistic and firmly committed to providing quality educational awareness programming, confidential, ethical and personalized approaches to conflict resolution.
The mission is four-fold:
- This department seeks to promote organizational development and provide educational awareness programming for faculty and staff.
- The department will provide an avenue for all employees within the Division of Finance & Facilities to confidentially voice and/or resolve conflicts, issues and barriers internally before seeking external remedies outside of the Division.
- The department assist the Division of Finance and Facilities by providing communication instruments to allow Division departments the ability to share policies, announcements and achievements.
- Finally, the department utilizes a stewardship philosophy, strategic vision and leadership in providing quality, customer-driven human resource services to support the Division.
