  • West African Sweet Potato & Groundnut Soup
    A hearty soup made from sweet potatoes and lightly flavored with peanuts. 
  • M’Baazi
    Black-eyed beans seasoned with peppers and onions, prepared in a delicately sweet coconut sauce, and served in a lettuce cup.

Entrées

  • South African Curried Lamb Meatloaf*
    Moist and flavorful, with a sweet hint of raisins and apples and a smooth egg custard served with spiced yellow rice.
    *Pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon 
  • Moroccan Couscous with Chickpeas & Onions*
    Chickpeas flavored with a Moroccan spice blend, topped with chopped almonds, and served with couscous and warm pita bread.
    *Pairs well with Chardonnay

Desserts

  • Yellow Melon Muscadel
    A refreshing cantaloupe and watermelon salad drizzled with sweet wine syrup and served in a cantaloupe. 
  • Chocolate-Espresso Pots de Crème with Benne Seed Coins
    A rich and silky chocolate mousse served with crispy almond-coconut cookies.
