To report a lost or stolen Debit card after our business hours, please call 1-800-523-4175. Contact the credit union during regular business hours to get a replacement card.

*If you received a call from our Fraud Monitoring Service (FRIS) please return their call at 1-800-327-8622 to avoid any interruption with your card.

To activate an ATM/Debit card:
  • Call our office directly or
  • Go to any ATM and get a balance inquire
    • Replacement cards (due to expiration date renewal) PIN will remain the same
    • If you received a brand new ATM/Debit card, your new PIN will arrive in a separate mailer
  • To Re-PIN your card stop into our office
