Huskie Battalion Color Guard

The Huskie Battalion Color Guard is a very visible portion of the ROTC program and represents the battalion at NIU and local community events. The Color Guard is honored to present the national and school colors at all NIU home football games and many other athletic events.

The Color Guard is composed of cadet volunteers from all military science student levels (freshmen-senior). Team members must maintain a 2.5 GPA, have no more than 5 PT absences, score at least 70 pts on the Army Physical Fitness Test, meet Army height/weight standards, and be in good standing with the program.
