Research Interests: My current research is focused on selection bias, managing stigma in the workplace, and workaholism. In the area of selection bias, I am researching employers' perceptions of unemployed applicants and self-presentational strategies to increase perceptions of employability. In the area workplace stigma, I am investigating how individuals manage their stigmatized identities in the workplace, with a particular focus on invisible disabilities. With respect to workaholism, I am examining the relationship between workaholism and recovery experiences on employee well-being.
