Monday - Thursday summer visitors are welcomed at the Barsema Alumni & Visitors Center (BAVC), located at 231 N. Annie Glidden Road. The Admissions reception desk at the BAVC is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to obtain a reduced-rate visitor’s parking permit ($2 vs. $5) from the Admissions reception desk at the BAVC that will permit you to park in the lot on the west side of the BAVC, off Stadium Ave.

Transfer Students

Transfer students are encouraged to visit campus on Tuesday's for a special transfer related presentation. Register for a Transfer Tuesday >

Transfer students who would like to meet individually with a transfer counselor may wish to park closer to the Williston Hall Admissions Office in the visitor’s parking lot at 200 Carroll Avenue, where the rate is $5, Monday - Thursday.  The Transfer Center currently sees students on a walk-in basis.

The Office of Admissions at Williston Hall is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday.

Friday

10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Friday summer visitors are welcomed at the Holmes Student Center. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in. Enter through the South Entrance of the Holmes Student Center. Look for signage and greeters near the entrance for specific directions.

On Fridays from June 8 - August 10, parking is free of charge in the visitor’s parking lot at 200 Carroll Avenue. Additional free parking is available in the Parking Deck, except spaces marked as reserved.
